Do I get anything by moving up in the expert rankings?
By moving up the rankings, you get recognised in the Chuzer community as an expert in your field. The highest goal is to be Chief Expert of your particular category. In the future, expertise in certain categories can potentially open up revenue-generating opportunities for that particular user as a consultant.
Is this faster than texting or e-mailing my friends directly?
Chuzer does not only send your question to your friends but allocates it to the friends in your network that can best answer it. In this sense, it categorizes the expertise of your social network and instead of you deciding which one of your friends to send your request to, Chuzer makes that decision for you and gets it to the right people.
Are answers to past questions saved somewhere that I can access?
We plan to have a Chuzer Brain that would sort through past answers of requests and give the user a good past answer. The idea behind the Chuzer Brain is that it will get smarter over time as more users send questions and respond with answers.
How can I add to an answer or disagree with someone?
The Chuzer live question stream provides any user the opportunity to add comments to any Chuzer answer in real time.
Can I opt out of a particular request?
A user can opt out of a particular request by simply not answering the request. The only thing to remember is that this would negatively affect your ranking.
How is my expert ranking determined?
Chuzer uses a complicated algorithm to assess a users ranking in three areas: how quickly they respond to a Chuzer request, whether their recommendation is accepted by the sender, and how many times they respond when being sent a Chuzer request. This ranking is updated in real time.
